Creating a quiz like this

Hello,
I'm attempting to make a quiz similar to https://www.jetpunk.com/user-quizzes/25526/eurovision-song-contest-2021, yet for some reason, I cannot quite get how it works.
Essentially, what I'm aiming for is having a column with the country, then the date in which the artist was revealed, then an answer column with the artist, then the date where the SONG was revealed, then an answer where the taker inputs the song title.
Is that possible?

Also, here's a hyperlink to the quiz.
For each cell in the two columns, change the "Cell Type" to "Answer", and then click "Choose". In the dialog box that pops up, select any row highlighted in blue and it should make the answer appear in the grid.
Note that for this to work you must put all your answers into the one and only answer column in step 2. If it seems messed up when you go into step 4, you can delete the default answer column and create two new empty columns.
