How to get people to notice my quizes?

Just focus on making high-quality quizzes. Good ones might get spotlighted, and then you can get subscribers. Having more subscribers increases the likelihood of spotlights. It's a slow process, though, and I had probably around 300 quizzes before I got much traction.
