Join the Unfeatured Language Alliance

In the first half of the year, we created a group for individuals that contribute in different languages, mostly non featured, and we got a few people. Unfortunately, this group hasn't really been active the last few months and I wrote a message now there, which I prompt the users to read as a report of the past year and see if we could also organise somewhat of a team project.
