Need Your Help with a Research Project

Submitted by baptistegorce on April 5, 2025
As some of you probably already know, I'm finishing my bachelor's degree this year. To this end, I have to write a long research paper to validate my first three years of study.

I've decided to focus on minority variants of regional languages, with an emphasis on two particular cases: Catalan and Sami. To ground my thoughts and proposals in reality, I conducted semi-directive interviews. Nevertheless, I'd like to hear from more people on this subject, so I'm taking the liberty of circulating this survey. It shouldn't take you more than five minutes to answer, and it would be a great help to me in my research. The results are of course completely anonymous and your email addresses are not collected.

It's not a test of knowledge, but an assessment of the perception of regional languages by people from all ages, origins and walks of life. So even if you don't know anything about regional languages, don't hesitate to respond - I'd love to hear what you think!

Please reply only once and do not troll. Otherwise, all the results of the survey will be distorted.

Thank you in advance for your help and sorry that this thread is not directly related to JetPunk. I would understand if it were to be deleted for these reasons.

Thank you! I will need it but that's a theme I'm very interested in so it should be fine.

Filled it. Heard about Catalan but never knew anything about Sami languages.

Thanks! And that's actually also great to have answers from people who don't much about one or the other of the two cases studied (or even both).
