Personality tests

I was recently taking the Myers-Briggs 16 personalities test again and also using it for various characters I’ve written or played in D&D, and it got me thinking about the various personalities indicators that have gained traction over the years, from enneagram to OCEAN to DISC, to blood type theory in Japan, to the cosmos persona that was trending on the internet a year or two ago, to even ancient methods such as horoscope and humorism. It got me wondering if/how much anyone on this site has dabbled in these.

Now, this is one of those things where obviously humans can’t be divided so easily into neat little pseudoscientific categories, and that everyone is different. I’ve never been one to fall into neat little categories of much of anything, and even when I’ve taken the MBTI test in the past, it could never seem to decide whether I’m INFP or INTP, since I’m near 50/50 on feeling vs. thinking. To quote Marge Simpson, “I just think they’re neat”.

Anywho, might be posting in the wrong place, but which of the personality indicators is your favorite, and what’s your type? What does that entail?
