Quizzes with same title

There are two quizzes with same titles.

One is featured but poorly done:

Other one is much better but not featured:

Is it possible to merge them or what's policy on these stuff?

The first quiz is not "poorly done" and in my opinion is better than the second one.

But here's the thing.

The quiz is not for Azeris. It is for our core users in the United States and other countries we make money from.

I just checked and Azerbaijan is 0.004% of our revenue.

We barely even serve ads in countries like Azerbaijan because Google charges us more to serve them than we get paid.

This site is sustained by US visitors who provide most of our profit. We make a small amount of money from the rest of the Anglosphere and Europe.

We lose money on most other countries.

So is Premium the primary source of revenue in most countries outside the U.S.?

I don’t track it but I assume premium revenue from those countries is negligible.
