Quizzes with Videos/GIFs?

I have wondered as to whether it will be possible to add (YouTube?) videos or GIFs to quizzes. I think it could add a unique style to quizzes.
For example, a quiz idea I had is 'Guess the Movie from the short clip. Admittedly, there are ways this could be abused with poor taste videos in quizzes. But I am sure this could be mitigated with limits to who can publish video/gif based quizzes (eg: only users with level 25?+ or 50+ approved quizzes).
The 'other website' has quizzes with videos already. Perhaps there are things that I haven't thought of that make this idea a challenge.
Let me know what you think of this idea.

The downside is that extremely high moderation would be needed to make sure there is no inappropriate material, kids exposing their face, people leaking private information, etc.
