The Australian Open Begins!

Tennis - it's been voted the most hated sport by my Humanities class last year, almost rivalling their hatred of K-Pop and Rap Music. Which is sad, because I like tennis.
Well, never mind about that. The Australian Open is beginning (the main matches) today!
Are there any more tennis fans/players out there on JetPunk (I only know three including myself)?
What are your predictions for the outcome of this years' Australian Open tennis? I (sadly) haven't been following tennis recently (only watch the AO, and not the US open or anything - the time zones are to cumbersome), but my guess is that Sabalenka will win again. She's won easily for a few years in a row in Australia...
Also, should I be concerned that last year, my relatives in China were watching the tennis online at the same time as me, but somehow their match was earlier by a minute or so, despite the fact that I'm basically living at the source???

But unfortunately I can't watch the AO this year because 1) there's no TV where I am now and 2) time zones probably don't allow it (8-11 hours difference between the UK and Australia, and I've just arrived in the UK... at least China is in a similar time zone...)
But I can still follow it using the internet, although I probably can't watch it live.
As for that last part, it's probably a broadcasting thing. Some broadcasts can easily be a minute ahead of others, I've seen it before. It has nothing to do with physical location.
I used to play tennis but i also stopped that.
I prefer playing games to watching them.. but do enjoying watching a match with others sometimes.
