Why are there so many “Multiple Choice City” quizzes now?

Sorry if someone already asked this, but why are there so many quizzes with this title all of a sudden? I had 5 notifications for a new official quiz and all of them were “Multiple Choice City” quizzes. Some I think I get some comments when I see notifications and then it turns out it’s just a new quiz series and it’s kind of annoying.

Because there will be 100 MCCQ on FP daily from June 1st. Only 5-6 left to feature. The last notifications are probably for today or tomorrow.

I would want San Antionio and Canberra featured. San Antonio because it is a major city and the other one is the capital of Australia

Yeah, this has become fairly obnoxious.

There's almost nothing else under the new and reset quizzes, and I really have no interest in these. Took one or two, they were "meh." Don't why we need 50 of them.

Because they seem to get featured pretty quickly and easily. Most users that didn't previously have a feature got their first one from an MCCQ, so now everyone wants to do the same thing in hopes for a feature.
