Oops missed Numbat and Wallaroo. Mainly because ive never even heard of a wallaroo lol I had to google that one. "The term is not generally used by Australians" that explains that haha
As an Australian National Parks ranger I can tell you that a wallaroo is an actual animal, not just a 'term' that is used. There are 4 different species of wallaroo across the country, they tend to be shorter than a kangaroo, but much more dense and stocky. While wallabys tend to just be all round smaller.
The Huntsman spider is quite cute too, it is large and hairy but does no great injury to people. I have had a nip from one that fell on my head when I opened my garage door. I put my hand up to brush if off and grabbed hold of it instead. Hardly felt it, not as bad as most insects like bees, wasps, some ants etc.
Wallaroo is an very ambiguous answer, considering it is more commonly known as the name of a town in South Australia. Most Australian's, like myself, wouldn't even know what a Wallaroo is.
