Not entirely sure what a Christmas market is (just guessed based on context), but I got it by running through random European cities.

That was also the one I was struggling most with, got it with 15 seconds to spare, but I must've tried at least two-dozen cities before getting to Vienna haha

Christmas markets have been a thing since the Middle Ages in German-speaking Europe. They're street markets with Christmas related foods like mulled wine or roasted almonds, hand-crafted goods like candles or wood carvings and such. Every other town has their own in the advent season. A little too crowded in cities for me and often overpriced.

The oldest university is in Fez, Morocco. Bologna has the oldest university in Europe.

It very much depends on how you define a university. Madrasas predate the European university system and were very different institutions for most of their history, even though many call themselves universities now. But I think if the question were phrased as "oldest institution of higher education" the answer would be Fez.

We've never seen this comment before. How original!

It was founded as a mosque. At some point probably in the 13th century they started teaching there. We don't know because there aren't written sources.

For “Largest church", the Basilica of Our Lady of Peace in Yamoussoukro would technically fit as the largest church by exterior area, while by interior area, St. Peter’s Basilica in Vatican City remains the largest. This distinction could be specified in the question.
