Perhaps the Pablo Escobar should be clarified.

He was born in Rionegro, but grew up and built his drug empire in Medellín

I believe Dacia (the main province that became Romania later on) was a province of the Roman Empire. I'm not great with Roman history, but I imagine it was heavily settled by Roman settlers, hence the name.

Rome, of course, being the capital city of Italy.

It comes from "Romanus" or "Citizen of the Roman Empire", hence why they speak a Romance language in Romania.

Hey I think "coffee" should be accepted for "psychoactive substance" :)

The question is asking for the psychoactive substance itself, not something that it's found in. Besides, it's not found in just coffee, it's found in a number of things (e.g. tea, cola drinks).

Very poor wording on the largest lake in Africa question - needs to specify that we aren't guessing the largest lake in Africa in general, rather we're guessing out of the pool of largest lakes that also share a name with a country. We got 19 as a result, taking the piss. Cheers

I mean, the question was pretty clearly worded.

Largest lake in Africa that also shares its name with a country

Sometimes slowing down to reread something helps a lot. It did for me!
