Technically Oklahoma is also true for “borders Texas but not Oklahoma”. Because Oklahoma doesn’t really border itself, right? Kind of weird to think about.
I agree with this in theory, but in practice, I make a point to stop for gas in NJ whenever I am passing through. The prices there are far lower than in any neighboring state. Plus, in bad weather (frequent in the Northeast), relaxing in the car while someone else pumps the gas feels like a first-class experience.
I'm French, I know there is no H but I thought Arbor Day had to do something with pilgrims so I tried every New England state. I did get Nebraska eventually by randomly trying other states...
I thought of auto racing for the quarter million fans question and tried Alabama (Talladega) and Florida (Daytona), then started thinking of states like Massachusetts and New York with large marathons. Didn't get the right answer :(
I live in Kentucky and NO ONE says whiskey barrels. It is bourbon barrels 100% of the time. Tennessee makes whiskey, so it should have been that state for that answer.
19/20 because there was a question about sports. I didn't even realize racing cars was considered a sport, but I guess it is because what else would it be?
For an embarrassing few seconds, I thought the Texas but not Oklahoma question meant it bordered Texas and isn't Oklahoma so I was confused why New Mexico and Arkansas didn't count *facepalm*
