24 Hours of Le Mans - Nationalities of Winning Drivers

We tell you the number of wins by drivers from a given country in the history of this iconic endurance motor race, which was held for the 87th time in June 2019. You identify the country of the winning drivers in each case.
Each win by a driver is counted - the leading driver with 9 wins counts 9 in the Wins hint column.
Each winning car had a minimum of 2 (now must have 3) drivers.
Excludes Ed Hugus, the unofficial driver in the winning 1965 car. It's a great story!
