Jet Lag: The Game - Battle 4 America Cities

Can you name every city, town, or other settlement that was visited during Battle 4 America, the first season of the travel show competition Jet Lag: The Game?
Stopping for any reason, even if just to transfer or change modes of transport, counts as visiting for the purposes of this quiz. Simply passing through does NOT count.

Most of the obscure/unmentioned settlements are explained in the answer stats. For the grayed-out answers:

Both teams briefly got off the train in Newark to check if the other team was exiting, but both teams also then got on the same train.

When Ben and Adam went to the levee, they were technically JUST outside the city limits of Prospect Heights. It was so close that I decided to include it grayed out.

Similarly, the airport that Ben and Adam landed at in Alaska is technically not in Ketchikan, which is why that one's grayed out.

There are some other places they visited that don't appear to be in any kind of marked settlement, like the highest point of Deleware, Baltimore/Washington Airport, and the Septic Solutions that Sam and Brian ended Day 2 at, so those aren't included at all.
