Interestingly, as of 2025, Ukraine is now in the top 15 but Russia isn't...

This is not surprising, given that Russians are no longer allowed to compete under their flag. Even though Ukrainians have always performed well, it's a safe bet that Russia would still be in the top 15 if it hadn't been banned from competing.
