Countries - First time A-Z letters appear

The names of the countries sorted alphabetically A to Z, what is the country name in which each letter will appear for the first time (not necessarily at the beginning of the name)? IMPORTANT: Same country cannot appear twice - so if its name has already been used for a previous letter, then another country has to be entered.
