North American Cities by Rail-Based Public Transport Ridership

Can you name the top 25 cities in North America by annual ridership of rail-based public transportation? This includes rapid transit systems, metros, light rail transit, streetcars, and monorails.
Commuter Rail systems that service multiple metropolitan areas are not counted.
I would have gone by overall public transport ridership, but figures for bus ridership are deceptively hard to tack down.
