"Calceta", "media" and "soquete" are other ways of saying calcetín; at least try to use 'calceta'. And piruleta sounds too Disney Channelish here in Hispanoamerica, there are words you can use for that one.

You can count Cerezas and calcetines, una cereza and un calcetin is acceptable in Spanish.

Ofc there are other versions for these words, like there are differences between US and UK English.

As an European I chose here the Spanish from Spain just like I learnt it at school decades ago 😅
