Countries of the World without any Map

Recite every recognized country completely, utterly from memory. This is a harder version of "Countries of the World with an Empty Map - Hard Version" by relessness. This time, the map remains blank indefinitely. I wish I could highlight in red on the map the countries you missed upon ending the quiz; however, I don't know how to do that.
