China Subdivision to Country Match

Provide a country with around the same population as the Chinese subdivision listed. Countries with a population being more or less by 1 million will be accepted. If there are no such countries, the two closest ones will be accepted. If there is only one such country, the second closest one will be accepted. For subdivisions with less than 15 million people, countries with a population being more or less by 500,000 will be accepted. For subdivisions with less than 1 million people, countries with a population being more or less by 100,000 will be accepted.
