Shouldn't the French Polynesia and the other Pacific territories place France further more to the west? According to Wikipedia, the westernmost point of France is 14°42'00.0"S 178°33'00.0"W, in the Wallis & Futuna islands. If some kinds of territory are excluded (reasonable), the description should explain what is included and what not.
