I could be wrong, but I’m quite certain Jupiter is not the largest planet in the Milky Way by a long shot. It’s definitely the biggest in our solar system, but not our galaxy.

hydrogen and helium don't make up 'outer space' which is a vacuum. they are just the most plentiful elements in the universe.
