Nellie is basically the writers trying to add David Brent from the UK Office to the show.

Ricky Gervais's 1/2 minute total in 2 quick cameos were better than all 112 minutes of Nellie.

Holly Flax and Karen Filipelli were also quite important to the story, but not on screen as much as I would have thought

After Steve Carell left, I kept watching, hoping the show would be funny again....but it just never was. Michael Scott was the cake. Everybody else was just icing, IMO.
