Could you possible consider accepting "Chicken McNuggets" for "Chicken McNuggets" as that is their actual name? Typed that dozens of times and it wouldn't accept. They are NOT called "Chicken Nuggets" at McDonalds. What gives?

The list should probably clarify that this means all-time. The quarter pounder hasn't been around as long as a lot of the things on the menu, and snack wraps don't even exist anymore. I don't think the salads do either?

Please add a source and clarify the geographical context (US?). What about drinks? Happy Meal is not an item, it is a collection of items that can vary.
