Nice quiz! Here's another answer, and I wonder if "province" and "lake" would be more accurate descriptors for Québec and Caspian?

The Congo/Connecticut (and Krasnoyarsk/Krakow) things get me wondering if you felt like expanding your series into two- or three-answer prefixes, with quizzers having to name each one?

relevance of mountains isnt strictly by height though, fuji is only 3776m but still quite famous/relevant
