It might be good to add some of the more commonly used names for a few of these languages as type-ins, e.g. Chiquitano for Bésiro, Ayore(o) for Zamuco, etc.

The 3 languages you say are extinct aren't. Cayubaba and Guarasuwe are moribund, and Chipaya isn't an official language

Spanish and Castellano are the same thing. The correct word is Castellano. Spanish can refer to all languages spoken in Spain (Castellano, Euskera, Catalan, Galego, Valenciá, Mallorquí, etc. etc.), and it is also used as a synonym of Castellano in many Latin American countries.
