Primal Groudon's Ability makes it unaffected by water moves unless the opponent either changes the weather using Primal Kyogre or Mega Rayquaza or eliminates the effects with Air Lock or Cloud Nine, making it's only other weakness ground type but Groudon has access to Solarbeam
