The scenario: it's the ambiguously distant future, and mass political maneuvering and bizarre continental drift have caused many countries to combine. When these countries merge, in fairness, they combine the names of their capitals so that they conveniently run into each other. (For example, if the clue says Canada & USA, Canada's capital Ottawa and the US capital Washington would combine to become Ottawashington)
