Great quiz! The only two things I would change are: the spelling for Guadeloupe (making it possible for both English and French spellings). :) The second one would be is that the region is not called Central-Val de Loire, but Centre-Val de Loire :)
Pretty good quiz overall, but I do have a bunch of niggles. I don't know French geography too well, but just thought it'd be handy to point them out. Sorry, I know I'm going to sound like a prat.
- Either add a caveat saying you're listing territories/overseas departments/collectivities, b/c it's really annoying
- Languedoc-Roussillon & Aquitaine both appears twice
- Some extra type-ins would be handy. E.g...
> St. Pierre ET Miquelon doesn't work, even though that's the name in French
> Maybe some more freedom with St. Martin & St. Barthelemy? It doesn't take Saint written as St. & I'm pretty sure they're two separate things
> Most other quizzes let you type in Guiana for French Guiana (a misspelling, if we're going by French spellings); this quiz already does that with Polynesia
