This quiz is all about the visuals. Since Southern Ontario is so densely populated (and the rest of Canada/Ontario are huge and sparsely populated), the cities are generally very crowded on my other Canadian map quizzes. This time, you can actually see where the cities are in relation to each other (and their boundaries!) Otherwise it is just an Ontario cities quiz minus Thunder Bay, Sudbury and Wawa, haha.

Unfortunately, Ontario has a confusing municipal system, where what we might think of as counties (such as Norfolk) are legally cities. This means that on a quiz like this, they are counted as answers (but with their largest communities as acceptable type-ins). Doug Ford has sent me a very apologetic email for this confusion.

Love it! Nominated. Will you do something similar for Northern Ontario?

Thank you so much! I may make one for Northern Ontario, I'm not sure yet. I'm considering one for Southern Quebec as well.
