Are you using the map of modern day countries? If yes, you may include Kosovo as well.

No these are the first level divisions of Yugoslavia. Kosovo had autonomous status, but was a part of Serbia and not at the same level as the others shown here. Vojvodina was in the same boat.

I don't know where did you find data for Sarajevo, but it's totally wrong. Sarajevo had 527.049 people.

I added together suburbs to get the figure for Sarajevo.

Within city limits 416.497 people. With suburbs 527.049.

I will update the quiz. this is my source for the Bosnian cities. I was confused what the dashed lines on "cities" such as Novi Grad meant so I assumed they were suburbs not included in Sarajevo's population. Thank you.
