That is correct. However this is by no means a complete list, but rather a collection of some of the more famous dictators. Otherwise Afghanistan, Singapore and South Korea would make the list, along with many more countries.

How do you make the unused countries gray? Might be a silly question but I don't know ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

You will have to use Notepad++ and edit the style (near the top of the document, use ctrl+f to find it). There you should remove .country{fill:#ffff80} and/or other classes as you please. Otherwise the SVG itself will continue to choose the colour for you. And don't forget to open the document in Inkscape afterwards to turn the paths grey and or check to make sure everything is the right colour. Hope that helps!

Thank you so much! One more question though: I just installed Notepad++, how do I open the file (JetPunk Countries of the World Map) in Notepad++?

Right click on the file and it will give you options for which programme you would like to open the file with (whether or not you want to use Inkscape or Notepad++).
