Edinburgh most certainly does not border the North Sea. It borders the Firth of Forth which flows into the North Sea.

I agree. Took me a while to accept the setter''s reading of the charts on that. Edinburgh and Leith are still on the river not quite on the cusp of river and sea.

You can see Fife for several miles or more as you drive east from Edinburgh and Leith along the coast.

Still not fixed, the three corrections above! AND Edinburgh has been a city since the early middle ages, not the 1880s!!!

According to Wikipedia, our city status dates from 1633.

Not all Cities in UK would be noted as cities elsewhere and visa versa. To be a City requires Royal Charter from the reigning monarch.

This website has an excellent quiz (UK cities - which is, basically, list them all. I am stumped by Wales always)
