Indian Food and Drink (by Picture)

Well, though I'm not that much of a true Indian but still I'm living in India and I cook too. From my perspective, we need some type-ins like Ruti for Roti, Alu for Aloo, Singara for Samosa and Dal for Daal. Chai is just tea, it's not really Indian. Paneer is not a dish, it's a raw ingredient used to make a million types of dishes like Shahi Paneer, Palak Paneer et cetera. There's no dish like Tikka Masala, it can Chicken Tikka Masala, Fish Tikka Masala, Aloo Tikka Masala or something but not only Tikka Masala.

And some pictures are rather tough to understand what dish it is like for Dal, Butter Chicken and such.
