Ones that just missed the list were: Botswana and Zimbabwe (87), Brazil and Venezuela (85), and Dominican Republic and Haiti (79)

Super idea; nice one. Colombia > Venezuela, who would ever have thought we'd see the day. Thailand > Laos surprised me but then, it is communist, isn't it.

Colombia is number 51, Venezuela is well into the hundreds. Thailand is also considered a democracy, while Laos is in the bottom 15, I think.
