Atlas V Configuration First Missions

For each configuration of the Atlas V launch vehicle flown by United Launch Alliance (and formerly by Lockheed Martin) name the first mission to utilize that configuration. The first number/letter (N/4/5) stands for the fairing diameter, the second number (0/1/2/3/4/5) stands for the number of Solid Rocket Boosters (SRBs), and the third number (1/2) stands for the number of RL-10 engines on the Centaur III upper stage.
Dark blue boxes denote Lockheed Martin launches
Light blue boxes denote United Launch Alliance launches
The only NXX configuration or XX2 configuration is the N22 configuration and there are no 441 or 451 configurations
