Every English Football League Club Ending in “United”

Since its formation in 1888, a total of 20 different clubs with “United” in their names have featured in England’s Football League. How many can you name?

The “City” version of this quiz can be found here, the “Town” version here, the “Albion”, “Athletic” or “County” version here and the “Rovers” or “Wanderers” version here.
Some of these teams do not currently play within the Football League/Premier League. Three of these clubs no longer exist, with two of them being replaced by phoenix clubs - the other was a member of the Football League over a century ago.
My other football quizzes can be found here, and all of my quizzes can be found together here.
