William McKinley also had this 1-day reduction in 1900. George Washington and Franklin D. Roosevelt also had unusually short terms, the former due to logistical delays and the latter due to Inauguration Day being moved. However, all three of these presidents went on to serve more than 1 term so their time in office overall was not unusually short.
Bill Clinton did NOT have the 1-day reduction in 2000 since years divisible by 400 are still leap years.
Oh, and of course, Abraham Lincoln, Theodore Roosevelt, Calvin Coolidge, Harry Truman, Lyndon Johnson, and Richard Nixon also had shortened terms. William McKinley and Franklin D. Roosevelt also had another shortened term other than the ones I've already mentioned. But those ones are pretty obvious.
