What about the Combat Zone? Billy Joel sang about it in "You May Be Right."

Combat zone is now Downtown Crossing. Also missing financial district, Seaport (if you want to split South Boston up [I would]), or at at least combine DTX and Financial into "Downtown". Official neighborhoods: http://www.bostonplans.org/neighborhoods

With all the new residential building in the Seaport, it should probably become its own neighborhood separate from Southie. Maybe west of Congress Street? https://www.boston.gov/neighborhoods.
