There's a lot missing: Vatican city is part of Rome, so it should be on the list, San Marino was founded in 301, during the roman era, Vaduz in Liechtenstein was called Vallis Dulcis during the roman times: then you have romans founding or rebuilding cities in Bosnia (for example Bona/Blagaj), Bulgaria (Serdica/Sofia, Plovdiv), Turkey (Adrianopolis/Edirne), Egypt (Antinoopolis), Tunisia (Carthago Nova), Israel (Aelia Capitolina), Morocco (Banasa) and probably many other minor towns in all the territories they had conquered
