You should allow Lisbon as well for question 3

Melbourne is bigger than Sydney, based on government data of the country's Significant Urban Areas (SUAs). Sydney's single urban area is bigger than Melbourne's, however these don't include the entire areas designated as "Sydney" or "Melbourne", so the SUA population is more correct. But even though it's technically ambiguous, it's more accepted to use SUA data.
