I don't believe Kiev itself was ever a part of the Ottoman Empire, though some parts of Ukraine were.

Also, Moldova's capital Chisinau, Armenia's capital Yerevan, Georgia's capital Tbilisi and Cyprus' capital Nicosia were all part of the Ottoman Empire at some point.

Nice concept though!

Zagreb was never captured by Ottomans. Parts of Croatia close to it were, though.
