Which of ischaemia or infarction is decribed? Insufficient blood suply to a tissue or organ?

What is defined? Circulatory failure with low blood pressure, leading to reduced perfusion of tissues.

There are 4 key types of it. Which may be caused by myocardial infarction?

Gram +ve bacteria?

Type 1 hypersensitivity?

Almost anywhere in the body necrosis leads to the tissue going hard, however in the brain it goes the other way how is this described?
