Nice quiz, I enjoyed it! I'm just wondering about listing Saint John's and Saint George's under apostrophe as well as space.
They definitely have two words and so belong in the quiz on the basis of space, but their apostrophes are possessive rather than indicative of contractions.
I'll admit to not knowing whether this is the case for Nuku'alofa, N'djamena, and Sana'a (assuming these names are from the native languages of their countries), but Saint John's and Saint George's are English names where the use of a possessive apostrophe doesn't equate to three separate words.
i updated to remove the apostrophe hint, but i removed n'djamena, nuku'alofa and sana'a because those are single words with a glottal stop ʔ. thanks for the advice!
Is the capital of Luxembourg not Luxembourg city?

I am happy to be corrected though!
