Nice one, 7/10

Some suggestions: some ? touch the word and others don't, I'd recommend making them all touch as that's usually how it's done in English.

Also question 10 could be written better, a better way to write it would be: "Which of these places isn't found in Kyiv"

I have to admit that I don't really understand why the thumbnail has been replaced when the quiz got featured. The current one reduces Kiev to its condition of Ukrainian city while it's much more than that. Quite sad. I guess that it would have never been considered to use the US flag as a thumbnail for San Francisco or New York City.

The old thumbnail gives away one of the answers.

Oh, yeah, I see. That's completely understandable.

Wouldn't there be something else than the flag of the country the city is part of, though? Not that it really matters, but even the flag of the city itself would make more sense.

I spent 10 minutes looking for thumbnails. Couldn't find one that didn't look messy. Gave up and used the flag of Ukraine.

Haha indeed. It’s a well known fact of course, but to the few people who don’t know, it must really seem like a joke answer

You can still spell it Kiev without virtue signaling

Even though the actual name is Kyiv? Spelling as it's intended isn't virtue signaling.

"Kyiv" is the ukrainian name and "Kiev" the russian name. More and more people spell it "Kyiv" since the invasion of Ukraine in 2022 but you can still use the 2 therms without virtue signaling. Also, it seems to me that JetPunk tend to be rather employing "Kyiv" nowadays so we keep this designation.

Yeah, still in spanish we use Kiev because Kyiv would sound super weird

It will always be Kiev to me. I dont get why people insist on calling it Keeeeev, its pretty cringe to me. Im not going to start calling Rome, Roma, or Munich, München, just because the natives do.
