Country Pairs sharing less % of its borders

Methodology: For every country, we obtain the percentage of border that has with any other border country (length border with country / total length of borders). Then for each country pair we sum the percentage of both countries to obtain the score. For example if country B represents an 10% of the borders length of country A, and country A represents a 5% of the borders length of country B, then the pair A-B would get a score of 15.
