I need your help, for I gave you a letter, and your job is to find the cities within each line of the letter, with the country as a hint.

For example, in the line above, Riga is hidden in the words "for I gave"

Norane, I hope I'm not disturbing. Razzy's acting up again
and I'm tired right now. She's speaking Tamil and it's scaring

For the first one, wouldn't Oran, Algeria work? And for the 12th one could Edam, Netherlands work? Or are they considered less well known.
