In Polish it would make sense: Wenezuela (Venezuela), Włochy (Italy), Watykan (Vatican City), Wietnam (Vietnam), Wyspy Świętego Tomasza i Książęca (Sao Tome e Principe), Wyspy Marshalla (Marshall Islands), Wyspy Salomona (Solomon Islands), Wielka Brytania (UK) (technically, UK in Polish would be Zjednoczone Królestwo, but no one uses it except for official documents), Węgry (Hungary), Wybrzeże Kości Słoniowej (Cote d'Ivoire) :)
