Politburo Standing Committees of the CCP (2002-2012)

This covers the 16th and 17th Politburo Standing Committees. This roughly covers when Hu Jintao was Paramount Leader of China. Unlike his predecessors, Hu was not seen as a core leader. Instead he was often grouped together with his premier, Wen Jiabao, being called the Hu-Wen Axis or Hu-Wen Administration.
